When I was twenty-five, I imagined my future very clearly. By forty, I would have a senior job, a nice house, money in the bank and enough confidence to know what I was doing.
Personal GrowthI spent years treating overthinking as a skill. I called it being careful, being thorough, being the kind of person who doesn't rush things, and it took a long time to notice what that was actually costing me.
