I was making something I actually liked, then one person said something unkind about it, and I stopped. That was a few years ago now and I still think about the project sometimes.

I never took photos of ordinary life, only holidays

I only ever got the camera out for holidays and birthdays and big occasions. The Tuesday evenings and the slow Sunday mornings never made the cut. I did not think that was a problem until I did.
